    I created Root Strategies because I believe the way we live, and work should reflect what we care about most. After years leading teams in wellness, operations, and coaching, I wanted to do more to support real, sustainable change for people, communities, and the systems that shape our future.

    Now, I help individuals align their habits with their goals, and I partner with schools and organizations to reduce emissions, improve efficiency, and plan for long-term impact. I bring structure, strategy, and genuine care to every conversation.
